And in continued government overreach, Obamacare regulations are targeting craft beer brewers. The health care law requires them to put calorie counts on labels at a cost of tens of thousands of dollars – crippling small brewers and the hundreds of thousands of jobs they provide. NY lawmaker Robin Schimminger things New Yorkers simply can’t handle the insane notion of…drinking alcohol starting at 8:00 am. So he’s fighting legislation that would let restaurants serve mimosas and Bloody Mary’s before noon, calling the four-hour shift too “drastic.”
